Hosting Services Usage Directive
This document delineates the guidelines for the utilization of the Hosting Services provided by Nexa Hosting Limited. Acceptance and adherence to these guidelines are mandatory when engaging with our Hosting Services. Nexa Hosting Limited reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time without prior notification.
Exclusive Use and Third-Party Engagement The Hosting Services are intended for your exclusive use. Should you opt for one of our reseller hosting packages, you are permitted to grant access to a third party (“Third Party”). In doing so, it is imperative that you oversee their usage to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Any infringement of these guidelines by a Third Party will be considered an infringement on your part.
Provision of Services The Hosting Services are rendered by Nexa Hosting Limited.
Acceptable Use Policy Details
– Resource Utilization
- Our Shared Hosting Services provide you with server space to upload and manage your web content effectively.
- We offer ‘unlimited’ server space for typical web functions that do not primarily involve file distribution. For sites facilitating file downloads, we may implement a bandwidth limitation of fifty (50) gigabytes each calendar month.
- This bandwidth limitation will not affect activities unrelated to file distribution.
– Usage Constraints: Within the Shared Hosting Services environment, and excluding the use of your virtual private server, the following activities are prohibited:
- Utilizing more than 10% of our platform’s processing capabilities, which can be caused by various actions, including but not limited to, CGI scripts, and extensive FTP, PHP, or HTTP operations.
- Executing stand-alone, unsupervised server-side processes or daemons, such as IRCd.
- Operating web spiders or indexers.
- Running software that interacts with Internet Relay Chat networks.
- Using bit torrent applications, trackers, or clients. While linking to legal torrents off-site is permissible, hosting or storing them on our servers is not.
- Engaging in file-sharing or peer-to-peer activities.
- Managing gaming servers.
- Scheduling tasks outside the provided control panel.
- Distributing web space under a domain, including Resellers offering free websites.
- Hosting proxy websites or services.
- Using our servers as a remote file host for other websites.
- Running self-hosted file synchronization or cloud storage services, such as OwnCloud, Pydio, and Sparkleshare.
– Storage and Accessibility: The Hosting Services must not be used as an external backup facility. Consequently, all files uploaded to our servers must be publicly accessible, unless they are essential for the operation of your website. We reserve the right to remove files that do not meet this criterion without notice.
– Search Engine Indexing: All web pages hosted on our servers will be accessible to search engines unless actions are taken to prevent indexing. If you engage in search engine optimization, it must be in accordance with the guidelines provided by major search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
– Database and Service Limitations: MySQL Databases are limited to a size of 1024 megabytes. Upon reaching this limit, you will be notified. 8. For Resellers, any deactivated resold web hosting accounts will be removed after a period of 50 days.
Directive on Hosting Services Utilization
This document serves as a binding directive for the use of Hosting Services provided by Nexa Hosting Limited. By employing these services, you are agreeing to adhere to all the policies contained within this directive, which are supplementary to our general terms and conditions. Nexa Hosting Limited retains the right to alter this directive at any time, without prior notice.
Restrictions on Third-Party Use The Hosting Services are intended for your personal or internal business use only. You are not permitted to allow third-party access or use of the Hosting Services, except in the case of a reseller hosting package. If you grant a Third Party access under such a package, they too are subject to the terms of this directive. You are responsible for monitoring the Third Party’s use and ensuring their compliance. Any violation by a Third Party will be considered a violation by you.
Provision of Services The Hosting Services under this directive are provided by Nexa Hosting Limited.
Acceptable Use Policy Provisions
– Resource Usage
- The Shared Hosting Services are designed to provide you with web space on our servers, enabling the upload and publication of your web pages and files.
- For general web usage, the Shared Hosting Services offer ‘unlimited’ server space. However, for websites that facilitate the downloading of video, audio, or other files, we reserve the right to implement a bandwidth limitation of fifty (50) gigabytes per calendar month.
- This bandwidth limitation will not impact web usage that does not involve file distribution.
– Prohibited Uses: In utilizing the Shared Hosting Services, you are prohibited from:
- Exceeding 10% of our platform’s processing capacity, which could be caused by activities such as CGI scripts, intensive FTP, PHP, or HTTP operations.
- Running stand-alone, unsupervised server-side processes or daemons, including IRCd.
- Operating web spiders or indexers.
- Running software that interfaces with Internet Relay Chat networks.
- Using bit torrent applications, trackers, or clients, except for linking to legal torrents hosted off-site.
- Engaging in file-sharing or peer-to-peer activities.
- Managing gaming servers.
- Scheduling tasks outside our control panel.
- Distributing web space under a domain, including resellers offering free websites.
- Operating proxy websites or services.
- Using our servers as a remote file host for other websites.
- Running self-hosted file synchronization or cloud storage services.
– Content Standards: The following standards apply to all materials you host through the Hosting Services, as well as any associated interactive services:
- Material must be accurate when stating facts and genuinely held when stating opinions.
- Material must comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which it is posted.
Material must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
- Be pornographic, promote violence, or discrimination of any kind.
- Infringe on any copyright, database right, or trademark.
- Deceive any person or be made in breach of any legal duty.
- Promote illegal activities or be threatening, abusive, or invade another’s privacy.
- Harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
- Be used to impersonate any person or misrepresent identity or affiliation.
- Advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
– Uncompromising Stance on Spam
- Our policy strictly prohibits the dissemination of unsolicited emails, mass mailings, and spam. Accounts found distributing spam are subject to termination with immediate effect, potentially without notice.
- Hosting of websites that are identified as sources of spam, including those promoted through various means such as fax, phone, postal mail, email, instant messaging, or newsgroups, is forbidden. Accounts causing our IP space to be blacklisted will face swift suspension or termination.
- Nexa Hosting Limited maintains the authority to mandate modifications or to deactivate any website, account, database, or other components that fail to adhere to our established policy.
- Nexa Hosting Limited may impose a fee for the cleanup or blacklist removal on the account responsible for sending unsolicited emails, at our discretion.
– Restrictions on Resale You are obligated not to:
- Resell or offer any portion of our Hosting Services to third parties unless you have procured a designated Reseller product.
- Engage in unauthorized access or actions that disrupt the Hosting Services, including:
- Any segment of the Hosting Services.
- Any equipment or network integral to the Hosting Services.
- Any software integral to the Hosting Services.
- Any equipment, network, or software owned or utilized by third parties.
- Be aware that if a resold Hosting Service remains inactive for 50 consecutive days, it will be automatically purged from our system.
- As a Reseller, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your service, which includes the removal of files and services that are no longer in use.
– Suspension and Termination Procedures
- We reserve the right to determine if there has been a violation of this acceptable use policy through your use of the Hosting Services. Appropriate measures will be taken in response to any identified breaches.
- Non-compliance with this policy constitutes a significant breach of the terms and conditions governing your use of the Hosting Services, potentially leading to one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or permanent revocation of your access to the Hosting Services.
- Prompt removal of any materials uploaded to our servers.
- Issuance of a formal warning.
- Legal action for the recovery of all related costs, including administrative and legal fees.
- Additional legal proceedings.
- Disclosure of pertinent information to law enforcement as deemed necessary.

- This acceptable use policy is subject to change at our discretion. You are advised to review this page periodically to be aware of any updates, which are binding upon publication.
